The 13,080 square foot facility is located at 620 Martin Street in Greensboro, NC.  The building has undergone major restoration in the past few years.  It was unoccupied for several years, having previously served as a shelter and a YMCA.  The co-founders of DREAMS invested countless hours of sweat equity in addition to financial investments to bring about major changes in the physical appearance of the structure. 

Along the way, with the help of volunteers and generous donations, DREAMS is continuing to renovate and restore the facility to ensure the best possible environment for treatment and successful recovery.

Currently, there is bedroom space for eight clients, with the capacity to expand to serve sixteen clients.  In addition, the facility holds a classroom, family/community education room, relaxation/meditation room, billiard/game room, computer lab, two kitchen and dining areas, security room, storage rooms and several administrative offices.

The facility is operating in good standing, having been licensed by the North Carolina Division of Facility Services, under the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
